Now is the time for all of us at St. Luke’s to consider and share our 2022 giving intentions; the expression of our prayerful decision about what portion of our monetary means we will offer to God for the ministry of St. Luke’s Church for this upcoming year.
Giving is as much a spiritual practice as a financial one. By committing a sacrificial portion of our income, we decide to make God’s work a priority in our life. That decision – not the amount we give but the significance of it – becomes a channel through which our spirit and faith are renewed.
If you are anxious or unsure about your financial situation, know we only ask for an estimate of your intended giving. If your income should be less than you anticipate, your gifts should also be less. We cannot plan for the coming year until we hear from you. Please share your 2022 giving intention online or by calling the office as soon as possible before October 22, 2021.
All things come of thee, oh Lord.
